Fertility IQ & Diagnostics

AMH testing
Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) is a blood test used to estimate your ovarian reserve, or the number of eggs remaining in your ovaries. It is a necessary diagnostic test for most people with ovaries.
Diagnostic Ultrasound
An abdominal and internal ultrasound is used to evaluate the uterus and ovaries. This test helps determine antral follicle count (AFC) — a marker of ovarian reserve of eggs — and is used to diagnose ovarian cysts, fibroids, polyps, or other malformations.
Diagnostic Ultrasound & Sonohistogram
A specialized transvaginal ultrasound procedure is used to evaluate the uterus and fallopian tubes. Sterile saline fluid is infused into the uterus via a thin catheter, allowing your physician to visualize the uterine shape and cavity, while assessing the patency (openness) of your fallopian tubes.
Virology Screening (per person)
Virology (HIV, Hepatitis B sAG, Hepatitis B Core, Hepatitis C, Syphillis, and HTLV 1&2) screening blood tests are mandatory before starting treatment. However, you can also do them at your local GP/ OB/Gyn usually free of charge.
Genetic Carrier Screening (per couple)
Genetic carrier screening is a blood test to assess the risk of having a child with a rare genetic condition that could affect their health. Includes comprehensive pre- and post-test counselling.
Fertility Preservation
Egg Freezing
A fertility preservation method where eggs are retrieved and cryogenically stored for future use, allowing you to take control of your reproductive timeline.
Multicycle Egg Freezing - all subsequent cycles
We recommend freezing at least 15-20 eggs to maximize your chances of having a baby from these eggs in the future. Because this can take two cycles for many people, we’re pleased to offer reduced pricing for additional cycles.
Sperm Freezing
A simple and effective fertility preservation technique that involves collecting and cryogenically storing sperm for future use, ensuring flexibility for family planning.
Elective Embryo Freezing
A fertility preservation option where fertilized embryos are cryogenically stored, offering a future opportunity for starting or expanding your family.
Fertility Treatments
Ovulation Induction/ Timed Intercourse (OI/TIC) Cycle
Sometimes, timing is everything. Our low intervention pathways allow couples the peace of mind of knowing sperm and egg are coming together at precisely the right time.
Ovulation Induction/Intrauterine Insemination (OI/IUI)
IUI is a gentle, low-intervention fertility treatment and often the first step in fertility care. It places sperm directly into the uterus at the optimal time to enhance the chances of fertilization.
Multicycle IUI - all subsequent cycles
Achieving pregnancy can sometimes require more than one IUI cycle. To support you through your journey, we offer a discount on subsequent IVF cycles.
IVF Cycle
IVF enables you on your pathway to building your family. The IVF process can be complicated and overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. At Ovom, we have reimagined the experience with our patients in mind to make it simpler, more comfortable, and more effective.

ICSI Cycle - Donor Eggs
Building a family can be complex and uncertain. At Ovom, we offer a wide array of treatment options including IVF with donor eggs to support your journey to pregnancy.
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
Do you have embryos stored? If you would like to have another try at becoming pregnant or would like to have another child, you can use your previously frozen embryos.
Egg Thaw Cycle (incl. ICSI)
Come back for the eggs you have frozen in the past and start building your family. An egg thaw cycle is the process of thawing your own previously frozen eggs, fertilizing them with sperm, and creating embryos.
LGBTQIA+ Family Building
Reciprocal IVF (ROPA)
Reciprocal IVF allows couples where both partners have eggs and/or uteruses to participate in conception. One partner undergoes ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval. The eggs are fertilized with donor sperm to create embryos, which are frozen. An embryo is then transferred into the other partner during a Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle.
IVF Cycle with Donor Sperm
At Ovom, we offer a wide array of treatment options including IVF with donor sperm to support your individual journey to building a family.
IVF Cycle - Donor Eggs

Complementary Services
Monitoring Blood Tests
Monitoring blood tests are used to track hormone levels, such as estrogen and progesterone, to assess ovarian response, optimize medication dosing, and determine the optimal timing for egg retrieval/collection.
ICSI
ICSI is an advanced laboratory technique often recommended in cases of male factor infertility diagnosis or prior unsuccessful IVF cycles. Your clinician will evaluate whether this approach is suitable for your specific situation.
PGT-A Set-up

Embryo Freezing of Extra Embryos
Freezing additional embryos provides the option to preserve viable embryos for future use, increasing the chances of a successful pregnancy without undergoing another full IVF cycle.
